  • Where do you ship to?
    EmpressLAF ships to all 50 states, Washington DC, U.S. P.O. Boxes, U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses. We currently do not ship internationally.
  • How do I receive emails about EmpressLAF and current promotions?
    Please use the e-mail signup form on the bottom of any page on the site. You will then receive all current information about our new products, and any current promotions!
  • How do I become a Brand Ambassador with EmpressLAF?
    We would love to work with you! You can email our team at ambassador@empresslaf.com, with your social media handles included and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
  • How do I contact someone about my order?
    If you have questions about your order, you can email our team at info@empresslaf.com with your full name and order numer. You can also reach us on Instagram or Facebook at @empresslaf.
  • Do you accept returns and exchanges?
    We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. Otherwise, we are unable to offer any returns or exchanges.
  • Can I cancel or adjust my order once it's placed?
    We apologize, once an order has been placed we are not able to cancel or adjust it. Please be sure to check your order before it is placed to make sure it is completely accurate.
  • What if I am missing products from my order or I receive a product that was damaged?
    You can contact us at info@empresslaf.com with your order number and a member of our team will follow up with you.
  • Do you test on animals?
    Every product is produced in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Products are never tested on animals. Our distributor follows the recommendations of the FDA and their facilities are set up in accordance with PCPC Quality Assurance guidelines. Their on-site quality assurance team monitors manufacturing to ensure consistent prestige high-quality products.
  • Are the products sample sizes or full-sized?
    All products are full sized, similar to those of other nationally recognized cosmetic companies.
